Instructions for use :

Ideally, in the morning and evening, massage a small amount of oil (a small palmful) into the skin after warming it in your hands, paying particular attention to stubborn areas and dimpled skin.

On the thighs, start at the knees and work your way up.

For the stomach, massage in circular, clockwise movements.

The massage will reinforce the action of the oil, so it's important to do it at least 2 minutes a day, ideally 5, but it's also a moment of pleasure!
